1.The material of tire adopt high modulus rubber, This tire has lower rolling resistance and lgher wear resistance.
2. The material of wheel hub adopt steel Q235, wheelhub was made via professional working process. The inner toleance of hub is +0.64mm. The diameter tolerance of wheel hub is +0.13mm.
3. Each polyurethane solid tire has series number, which easily track to ensure perfect after service.
4. Having final inspection &.tire test procedure, we have follow tests for polyurethane solid tire: durability test, temperature test under load, and material controlling test.
